Duke Campus Farm is seeking Fall 2026 Work Traders!
In exchange for farm fresh veggies and farm training, we ask that you commit to one 3-hr shift/ week (this must be the same time & day each week) for the entire fall semester (August 24 - Dec 4). With this commitment, you will receive an informal veggie share each week, have access to all staff-produced produce, and any harvest approved by the Field Education Manager.
This position is available both Duke students and non-Duke affiliated community members.

We’re looking for 8-10 people passionate about food and farm systems to join our 2026-27 Academic Year Farm Crew. This is a great opportunity to learn about organic agriculture and food systems sustainability on the ground and with your hands.
These are paid positions, 6-10 hours/week open to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students at Duke, that run from the beginning of September through the end of April.

Food Security Crew Member Fall 2026
Duke Campus Farm is hiring our first Food Security Student Crew Member!
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and community-oriented student to support DCF’s core food security initiatives during the 2026–27 academic year. This role focuses on maintaining relationships with campus and community partners by helping distribute Duke Campus Farm produce both on campus and throughout the local community, and working closely with community-based organizations.
This is a paid position for a Duke undergraduate, graduate, or professional school student, approximately 4–6 hours per week from late August through the end of April.

Duke Campus Farm is hiring one Community Workday Field Crew Member and Driver!
The Duke Campus Farm (DCF) is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and community-minded student to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting the farm's weekly Community Workdays, increasing access to the Duke Campus Farm by transporting participants, facilitating volunteer engagement, and contributing to the day-to-day work of the farm.
As the Community Workday Field Crew Member and Driver, you will serve as an ambassador for Duke Campus Farm, helping connect students and community members to sustainable agriculture through hands-on learning and meaningful participation.
This is a paid position open to undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students at Duke University.
