A farmer, educator and scholar of the environmental humanities, Saskia Cornes works at the intersection of sustainable agriculture, experiential learning, literature and history. Cornes was a Climate Change Faculty Fellow during the inaugural offering of UNIV 102: Let’s Talk About Climate Change last fall.
