Harini Ilamurugu

My name is Harini and I’m an MBA ‘26 candidate at Fuqua! I grew up in South India, surrounded by farms and agriculture. Since moving to the U.S. 10 years ago, I’ve lost touch with the heavily interconnected supply chain of food systems, and now aim to cultivate and thrive on seasonal produce while replenishing our soil! I’m obsessed with tomato care and trying to be friends with the bees.

Outside of the farm, I’m a private chef in the Durham area, I spend a lot of time in school, and I love camping, hiking and snowboarding whenever I get the chance!
