I am a second-year Master of Environmental Management student at the Nicholas School of the Environment studying Energy with an Environmental Analytics & Modeling concentration! I’m originally from Osaka, Japan and spent 4-5 years in OC, South California during my undergrad where I completed my BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Environmental Studies. I am interested in renewable energy development and energy access development in international communities. I love doing anything outdoor under the sun; as my name in kanji (Chinese character) means “sunny,” I am a friend of the sun! My recent hobby I picked up this summer is cooking and baking, so I hope to bring some dishes using the produce from the farm!
