I’m a senior majoring in International Comparative Studies. I grew up in a family of avid gardeners, and in all the various places I’ve called home, it’s been important for me to connect with communities of people who care about the land, food systems, and cultivating reciprocal relations between humans and the world(s) around us. After daydreaming about working at the farm ever since I transferred to Duke, I am thrilled to join the programming crew this year to help connect the broader Duke and Durham communities to the farm. When I’m not at the farm or in class, you’ll find me wondering what to cook for dinner, biking around Durham, or playing guitar.
