Soil Fertility Fellow

My name is Peyton Shetler and I am a first year grad student at the Nicholas School in the MEM program, working as a Soil Fertility Fellow at the farm. Through my studies in agroecology at Elon University, I developed a strong appreciation for the role of small-scale farming in advancing sustainability. I am particularly interested in soil health, regenerative agricultural practices, and fostering community connections through food!
