For Everyone
Community Work Days
These are open opportunities to experience the joys and hard work of growing real food - no experience necessary, all are welcome, Fridays 1-4 p.m during the academic year and Thursdays, 8:30-11:30 a.m during the summer. See Community Work Days for more details and watch our Facebook and Instagram pages for any last-minute weather-related cancellations.
Community Supported Agriculture
We feed 100 households each year and teach our student field crew through the work of our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program. Become a member to support good land stewardship and food systems education, and receive a weekly share of our harvest. Sign-ups for Spring-Summer 2023 will go live mid-February. Stay tuned!
For Students
Course Offerings
The Duke Campus Farm is proud to teach credit-bearing courses that engage traditional pedagogies and experiential learning.
Student Crew Positions
Want to join our crew? Apply for either our Student Field Crew positions or our new Student Programming Crew positions. Both are full-year, paid positions that work 6-9hrs/week. Student field crew members will work with our Field Education Manager to grow and harvest for our Fall CSA program and bulk donations to Root Causes. Feeling unsure about putting your hands in the soil? Not to fear! This year we are hiring for a 1-2 new programming positions to work with our Assistant Director and Sloss Fellow to coordinate our co-curricular events.
Co-Curricular Programming
Duke Campus Farm provides opportunities for co-curricular programs, projects and collaborations with Duke students.
For Faculty
Faculty Collaborations
